The Discipline of God

For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. 4 You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin. 5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons:

   “ My son, do not despise the chastening of the LORD,
      Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
       6 For whom the LORD loves He chastens,
      And scourges every son whom He receives.”

7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? 10 For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. 11 Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

Praise God !! It's a New Year !!

A new start again & a new advantage. This year gonna be great !!

Like what Pastor had taught last week, we gonna have this 5 golden goals in our spiritual life,

- Prayer - Ministry - Evangelism - Fellowship - Discipleship.

And gonna put discipline in my life , cos my relationship determine my character to God.Gonna let Evan disciple me well....

Anyway, yesterday when i'm was on my way going to suntec to help Evan with the January birthday of our church, guess what ??? I'll take the same lift as Ix Shen !! HAHA !! Didn't realize till another person went out of the 4th floor. Cos Jack Neo's film was filming his next movie on our church office...so far only saw Ix Shen...heard that Faye Wong was acting in the movie too !! But too bad, didnt manage see to her personally yesterday...

2009 will be a great year ahead !!

WOOHOO !! IT HAS BEEN A GREAT WEEK !!! FINALLY EVERYTHING IS OVER EXCEPT end of year svc which i looking forward to !! Gonna end it well this year and start a fresh new 2009 !! weehhee !! and 2009 is the year i ord !!! hoho !!! finally !! can't wait til march !! and after ord ? back to studies !! love being a student again !! can have a high school feeling again !! haha...

well, be thru alot thing also....esp in finance wise...dunno what to do to support the following 3 years of my studies...no choice but gonna loan from community....the feeling of being in debt for 3 year is absolute not good at all..haix...i left no choice...can't defer my studies and go to work or else will not have the wiling to studies again ...but still wanna thank You, for all You have done, I give You the Highest praise......well, 23 jan is my portfolio interview !! can't wait for it and gonna touch my work again....lasalle lasalle..here i come !! (gonna mix with lot of foreigner)

6th December

Went to johnny(jonathan nick) chinese orchestra concert held at tampines changkiat cc ,his flute skill is so power !! jos also went after the svc ..my other friend who also went say to me that i and jos r u GAY ??? stick so close......eeeee.......i can't imagine that....

7th december

went to johnny competition which held at esplanade.... he did well even did not qualify..so proud of him !! verse with the entire nation

11th december

went to nafa to apply for the part time courses becos wanna get a certificate to qualify for lasalle...thought lasalle won't accept my qualification until i find out only when i need to make a quick payment for my part time classes after i apply which i didn't know becos it didn't say so in the website....then left me no choice got to go lasalle and ask (and that time i was even thinking of giving up my pledge for december to make the payment, but thank God..) and they say they accept my qualification !!! woohoo !! so i gonna make it quick to apply for lasalle next week for interview(which i need to touch up my portfolios) in order to cancel the night classes course...

hehe
